[GAP Forum] GAP 4.9.1 Windows installer

Dear Forum,

The problem has been fixed. The downloads page 
https://www.gap-system.org/Releases/ now provides
a link to gap-4.9.1-p1.exe installer, which installs
the same version of GAP 4.9.1 but with correctly
all paths set correctly.

Thank you again to everyone who reported this, and
apologies for inconveniences.
